The city of Suwanee, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, is flourishing and even winning awards for being an ideal place to raise a family. And that’s where you’ll find the picturesque community of Northbrook Square.
This 15-year-old neighborhood has just under 100 homes. The pristine conditions of these dwellings—meticulous landscaping and exquisitely maintained exteriors—tell that the residents take a lot of pride in their community. But what they weren’t so proud of was their mailboxes.

The original mailboxes looked their age.
Fifteen years is “young” for a neighborhood but fairly old for outdoor mailboxes. Particularly if they were constructed from materials that don’t weather well in the sun and rain. The mailboxes at Northbrook Square not only didn’t stand up to the elements, but some were barely standing at all!
The not-so-right materials had deteriorated.
Wood and iron are not the ideal materials for constructing mailboxes. Wood rots and warps. Iron dents and rusts. And these unfavorable attributes are exacerbated in the harsh Georgia heat.

And not only is the style timeless, but these smartly constructed mailboxes will stand the test of time. The rich, powder-coated finish and rust-free materials will be beautiful for years and years.
