Complete Community Makeover
Hamilton Mill is an upscale community in Gwinnett County, Georgia, in the suburbs of Atlanta. With over 2,200 homes lining the streets, the HOA was plagued by the nearly 300 directional and street signs installed by the builder that were faded, chipped and leaning. The aged street signs gave the entire community the appearance of neglect.
The Hamilton Mill HOA Board decided to replace all of the street signs with new maintenance free cast aluminum power-coated signs to revitalize the whole neighborhood and help improve property values.
Addresses of Distinction replaced the existing street signs in the neighborhood and on nearby Hamilton Mill Parkway with our Regency Street Sign product line.
