This master-planned, golf club community is popular and prestigious. It’s located in North Georgia, right at the base of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. The terrain is gorgeous, gently rolling and tree-filled and the neighborhood is chocked full of amenities such as a swim center, an athletic facility with on-going fitness classes, tennis and pickleball courts and more.

New streets have been recently paved, as the latest residences are taking shape. Signage (worthy of this exclusive community) was needed to direct builders, vendors, and importantly, potential buyers.
Standards had been set - and they were HIGH.
The established portion of the community had elegant and cohesive signage in place - fitting right in with Tradition’s sophisticated ambiance. Many of these markers were installed by Addresses of Distinction in recent years. It made sense that the newest builders would call back this trusted and experienced partner.

The Avenues Collection unified and beautified.
Addresses of Distinction installed new signs from The Avenues Collection. The system features a smooth-walled three-inch fluted post, finished off with a traditional ball finial. The understated and classic design fits in perfectly with the existing neighborhood signage and will surely be a welcome enhancement to the new homes taking shape.
Complementary and compliant.
Addresses of Distinction, once again, knew how to install designs that would enhance the current streetscape. But even more importantly, the company came with the expertise to meet MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards—stability and reflectivity requirements that are mandated by law.
